This body language expert just watched Bret Kavanaugh’s FOX interview alongside his wife.
I’ve gotten several requests tonight for my opinion. Did anything in Bret’s body language reveal deception? This interview is his official response to the women who accuse him of sexual assault. I did not see any signs of deception….until you get to 12:21 where he nods yes while answering that he didn’t ever drink so much that he didn’t remember anything.
But I’m curious if I missed anything else, so I sent a note to the FBI to see what they think. Will report back on their opinion.
I did notice toward the end that he has a bit of contempt- or moral superiority about helping advance women in the supreme court and coaching girls basketball. Contempt isn’t always good but in this case I think it’s ok. And shortly after he was almost moved to tears which is hard to do if you’re faking a story.
It’s rare that women lie about sexual assault. But I did work as a body language expert on a case -looking for deception–where it happened. I really want to see the video of these ladies in their testimony.
Here’s the interview video so you can see for yourself.
